Types of data, purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data and retention period:
The processing of personal data you provide to us on this form (on your own behalf or on behalf of colleagues in the case of providing data of a group of persons) is necessary for obtaining or issuing accreditations. For this purpose, we collect the following personal information you provide to us upon completing the form: personal data (name, surname, photo, date of birth, personal document number, occupation), contact details (mobile phone number and e-mail) and other information provided by you upon completing the form.
All personal data collected in completing the application for accreditation shall be collected for the purpose of issuing accreditations for entry to the events. If you do not provide us with personal information, we cannot issue accreditations for entry to the events. Based on our legitimate interests, we may also process the information provided for purposes of identifying system users as well as sending information regarding the events (e-news).
Only persons involved in the organization of the event who are adequately committed to the protection of confidentiality have access to the data. Only the data you enter yourself in the form and are required for the issue of accreditation will be stored and processed.
The retention and processing of personal data for the above stated purposes will take place until the users cancel it.
Users or categories of users of personal data, if any:
The operator will not make available the provided personal data to other users.
Information on transmission of personal data to a third country or an international organization:
The operator shall not transmit personal data to a third country or an international organization. The only exception is platform MailChimp which is used solely for distributing e-news. MailChimp in its General terms of use and Privacy policy ensures compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and confirms that it has obtained the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework certification. Your rights:
- Upon a written request you may ask the operator: to access your personal data collected in connection with you (or in connection to your colleagues); to correct incorrect data collected in connection with you (or in connection to your colleagues); to limit the processing of personal data; to delete all data if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation are met, or to object to the processing.
